Who I am and why this matters to me
My name is David Cruz. I spent the last years as VP Operations in a private real estate equity firm, managing multi-million dollar projects, construction loans, and investors.
During that time I saw incredible opportunities and also a lot of chaos: owners overwhelmed with admin, investors confused by the numbers, and regular people scared of taxes. I built Capital Clarity to use everything I learned in accounting, real estate, and operations, and mix it with artificial intelligence so people around me may create real wealth without losing sleep.
