Who I Am and Why Capital Clarity Matters
My name is David Cruz, founder of Capital Clarity, a boutique accounting, tax, and financial strategy firm based in Montreal, Canada.
Before building Capital Clarity, I spent several years as VP Operations in a private real estate equity firm in Montreal, where I managed multi-million-dollar real estate projects, construction loans, investor relationships, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations. That experience showed me both sides of business: the incredible opportunities that come from building wealth through real estate and entrepreneurship, but also the chaos that happens when the numbers, taxes, cash flow, and systems are not clear.
I created Capital Clarity to help business owners, real estate investors, self-employed professionals, and families in Montreal and across Canada gain control over their finances. My goal is not only to prepare tax returns or organize accounting records.
